"We were in St Louis for a volleyball game at UMSL. Perfect location for getting to UMSL and places to eat. Hotel staff were amazing! Everyone so friendly. I felt safe and the room was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was well above a traditional hotel breakfast. We will stay here again. "
Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you."
