"The breakfast area floor should ve cleaned everyday. It was sticky to walk on. The tables werent kept up on during breakfest time either.. we were in the hot tub and a man with luggage came in and got in the hot tub fully clothed.. pool area needs longer hours for adults to enjoy wirh out children using the hot tub as a swiming pool..have an adults only time..10 pm to midnight. "

"Paying a $100 deposit for damages shouldn’t be a thing at a hotel designed for families and travelers. But here we are. Actually the staff was friendly, our room was clean. Breakfast was very crowded with an ok selection. "

"We asked on the first day for an ironing board and Kleenex. The staff assured me that they would get those things to be but didn't get them to me in time for a funeral I was attending. Was not told that we needed to ask for our room to be cleaned. There were spots on the carpet as well something was very sticky on the carpet. We cleaned the bottom of our shoes but to no prevail. Socks were sticky also. There was something on the back of the bathroom door, blood, makeup, something, was still there after having room cleaned."
