"We had an okay stay here. I will say that the home is the very least well supplied of the many rentals I’ve stayed in. For example, there were only 3 dinner plates, no colander, no salt, no napkins, no foil/plastic wrap/bags for leftovers, no hand lotion, and few tissues. We only got a couple extra rolls of needed toilet paper when we complained; we were basically told we were expected to buy our own TP if we ran out. The kitchen table was very stained. The side door was broken and didn’t close properly, which made us feel a bit unsafe as the neighborhood is a little sketchy. When we went into the back yard, we couldn’t stay out for long because there were a lot of bees and because some neighbors would have screaming, swearing fights that were awful to listen to. The next door neighbor on the other side played bad music very loudly. It was nice to have a monitor to connect my laptop to as I worked a couple of days. But the desk chair did not have wheels and was hard to move. Overall, it served our purposes for visiting colleges, working, and visiting, but I would probably not stay here again."

"House was spacious enough for our 3 families to stay and had enough rooms/ beds for proper sleeping arrangements. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I’ve seen in other rentals. No large pots to boil pasta, only one large skillet and griddle. Plenty of plates, bowls and cups and eating utensils. Grill and griddle like a blackstone on patio. Few griddle tools. And griddle was pretty dirty and needed cleaned and reseasoned which we did. One propane tank was full. Yard area spacious with hammock. House was clean but needs a few touch ups to replace some broken items like floor vent covers. Smoke detector disconnected on main floor and upstairs only had one. No plug in upstairs master en-suite bathroom which we found strange. Lots of closets but few hangers. Overall this property worked for our group with some adjustments. Host was good to work with and responsive."

"great throwback to the days of grand houses. Loved it!. Our room was recently redone by the students at HPU and it was beautiful. A little loud in the morning (we were street side) but all in all a nice little find. I will stay again."
