"It's a very nice room with a small kitchen and a washer and dryer. Its a nice quiet area. I do wish they has some small shampoos and bars of soap. Also, some paper towels would be nice."

"Our stay was fantastic and our host was amazing as they were extremely gracious and offered us to stay and extra night on them after we received 12.5 inches of snow. The good news is we made it out and did not need it, but knowing that was an option made our stress much lower. The house and amenities were perfect and we look forward to returning there this fall. "We had a great stay at this house! Our host was very helpful if we needed anything. The house is very nice…clean and tidy and modern. It is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. We brought our small dog and there were plenty of nice safe places to walk him. The house is close to the grocery and other needed stores.The linens are white which I appreciate because you can tell they are clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The W/D is new and work well. The mattresses are SUPER comfortable-BONUS!!We have already rebooked for upcoming visits!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The listing photos are accurate, and for the price point this place is a fantastic find for a larger group.The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making it work well for big gatherings. It comfortably slept our crew (good beds, bedding, and towels), and there was plenty of space to sit and eat since there are basically two main seating/eating areas (kitchen and dining room). The large wraparound couch was also perfect for hanging out, and it worked great for our Christmas gift time.Also, this was one of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a VRBO. Quality pans, plenty of utensils, pot holders, two types of coffee machines, griddle, and more. It enabled us to cook for a group, which was great.Backyard is pretty sloped (so not great for football/running around), but there’s a nice hot tub / grilling area, some seating, and the fenced area was great for dogs. Also lots of parking with the long driveway.Thank you!"
