"I would like a refund or partial refund some sort of money off. The hot tub that I paid extra money to have ended up having throw up particles or some sort of black particles in the jets, making the hot tub unable to use. Please get back to me as to who I can contact to get a partial refund."

"The room was very clean, the beds & sheets were extremely comfortable and the location of the hotel was a quick walk to the beach (less than a football field). The beach itself was wide, and clean with lots of shells. A littlenchilly, but overall it was a nice trip and I would recommend staying at the Surf City Hotel. A heads up for people staying there (or somewhere on Long Beach Island) during off season: make sure you have (or get) dinner early. I was not aware that most restaurants & stores close at 9p and we scrambled for something to eat later in the evening. Nardi's Tavern saved the day (or night as the case may be) with a tasty pepperoni pizza! No complaints at all - just looking to share that information with others so they can plan ahead. "

"Room clean"

"I received two key cards for Room 139; however, neither card worked when I initially attempted to enter. I returned to the front desk, where the staff reprogrammed the keys. After receiving the updated key cards, I went back to Room 139 and was able to open the door. Unfortunately, this led to a very uncomfortable and inappropriate situation, as the room was already occupied by another guest. Walking into an occupied room is a serious lapse in basic hotel procedures and raises concerns about both guest privacy and safety. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this experience was extremely unsettling and has left a negative impression. Due to this incident, I will most likely not be returning in the future."
