"The hosts were incredibly welcoming leaving fresh flowers, peaches and a peach cobbler. The house was well appointed and very clean. The setting was lovely and the hosts were attentive when we had to reach out about an issue. I would definitely stay again. There was a couple staying on the property via Hipcamp and they were quiet and respectful."

"The house was very clean with a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. The view out back was unbelievable and there is a canal road for walking or running. There are several vineyards with wine tasting very close to the property. Inside the house there were so many special touches that made the place homey. I would definitely return to this property."

"Mark was an excellent host, letting us tag along to take care of the sheep, and letting us pet them! The house is beautiful, with amazing views on all 3 sides of the living room. The shower in the main bathroom is gorgeous with a rainfall shower. It worked well for us but note if you have young kids, there isn't a tub. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and beautiful appliances. We were able to reheat leftovers in the toaster oven and the kids loved eating at the breakfast bar. There was a train across the street that we could still hear from inside but not enough to wake us up or anything like that, and the toddler found that an extra bonus! Haha"

"We had a great time! The house was unique log cabin construction with all of the modern features indoor. Views were beautiful of the Grand Mesa, the pond behind the house is big and beautiful with fish that bite. Goats and peacocks give the setting a farm feel with an upscale and relaxing atmosphere.If you go, be sure to explore Palisade and the fruit stands and wineries."

"This is a converted farmhouse. So don't expect a 5 year old ski chalet. But it was decently modernized and very clean, inc the outside deck with the hot tub, smoker, and grill. It is just outside of downtown Palisade which was very convenient. This was rented for a tour de Vineyard bike tour. While the mattresses were a bit hard for our group and one shower head couldn't be pointed down properly, the house was great esp for the low price."
