The Red House- One mile from Narrows Marina, Shiloh Marina, or Devils Fork

Location, Location!! Covered boat storage! Cute remodeled red house, located in Greers Ferry close to all amenities. Within a mile there are restaurants, gas station, grocery stores, and shopping. One mile from Lacy's Narrows Marina and Shiloh Marina, both great spots to launch your boat. Devils Fork is also within 1.5 miles if you want launch there or swim at the beach. The Greers Ferry City Park is close by with ballfields, playground, disc golf, and a walking trail.

This house has recently been updated, 1600 square foot. It features 2 bedrooms (both King beds, one with a full bath and one with a half bath) and a bunk room (bunk bed full/twin, and a queen). The bunk room is accessed through the second king bedroom. The red house, has two full bathrooms and a half bath. The house has two 70 inch tv's, and internet. We have a great firepit area, with great night lighting to enjoy a fire. The covered patio comes with a gas grill, and we have a commercial ice maker inside the home (this is a great help for your lake coolers) as well as a washer/dryer. Behind the house we have a small creek that runs thru the property that creates a peaceful scene combined with the large trees surrounding the home. There is a large covered parking area, that will accommodate a boat or a camper.

There is a security camera on the property used to monitor the home while no one is staying and to help coordinate house cleaners, but is turned off during your stay.

This house was pretty amazing. The patio was well equipped, there was even charcoal for the grill. Was very clean and well stocked with just about any dish you could possibly need to cook with. The rooms were perfect and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet place.

Relaxing Retreat at Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Red House. Everything was as pictured. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. The house had just about everything we needed for cooking. The ice maker was an added bonus. We will definitely stay there again.

House is near multi ramps and places to eat. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space. Loved the boat/camper cover. It kept the boat from getting dirty over night. We enjoyed our stay.

Do book THE RED HOUSE!

This was a great place to stay with friends from Texas, Arkansas and Tennessee. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. 2 72" TVs and wifi were a plus. Host was very responsive. Absolutely no negatives. If you're looking for the perfect stay near Greer's Ferry, this is a bargain. Book it soon.

Fishing vacation

The house was clean and all appliances worked fine. No problems with plumbing. The ice machine was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay even though the lake was very low and fishing was not as good as expected.

The Tiny Red House

I have stayed at this property the last two years. The inside is VERYCLEAN, Beds are great, plenty of room. I have nothing negative to say about the inside. However, the outside front porch and patio really need to be pressure washed and cleaned outside. Maybe some updated lawn furniture. It is just not an inviting space outside. That is the only reason I gave it a 3 for cleanliness. Once again the inside is very clean.

Needs update

I rented the house for my children and grands for the weekend. It slept 7 comfortably, but the air fresheners were overwhelming and strong. I’d suggest a different scent, more a clean and fresh smell than the flowery scent. Definitely needs to be updated

Greers Ferry Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Red House. The location is great, close to several marinas, restaurants, and grocery stores, easy check in and out process, and perfect for large families. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for your next adventure.

Cute, clean & spacious home with nice outside firepit and covered parking. Commercial ice maker came in handy and plenty of firewood for campfires! The little creek out back was peaceful, and access to Greers Ferry Lake is very short distance! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!
