"The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms were immaculate, and the food was delicious. I would come to Japan again just to stay at this hotel."

"This was my favorite hotel of our entire vacation. The décor was beautiful, everything was exceptionally clean, and the room had a very well-thought-out floor plan with great amenities. The bathroom and shower were wonderful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I absolutely loved the pillow. I would happily stay here again."

"Great area, super clean and the owner was really friendly with some great picks for local restaurants. Also has laundry too. Great value option for families "

"I had an lovely time staying here. It was a perfect spot as a solo traveler. The area is beautiful and a short walk to so many great spots in kanazawa. The host was so kind and answered any questions i had. I would absolutely recommend staying here. "

"The people were nice."

During the day, Higashi Chaya is one of Kanazawa’s most visited areas, but early in the morning and after the crowds leave, it becomes quiet and almost completely different. "Maison propre, proche arrêt de bus! Calme!!"

"Great location and spacious room."
