"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property. The house is warm and cozy and we love the kitchen, since we like to cook. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The yard is great, fully fenced for our 2 dogs to enjoy their stay as well :). The spa was a nice way to end the day, soaking under the stars. It’s quiet and peaceful, especially at night. The property is also close to lots of wineries and Morro Bay. And if you forget anything, the store is 10 minutes away. We look forward to our next stay!!"

"The property is beautiful! Being able to visit the farm animals was a plus for us! The “farmhouse” with its thoughtful decor was warm and inviting. It was very clean and kitchen had all that was needed to cook in. Hot tub was already heated and enjoyed. The beds were comfy. Overall, great experience. The communication with host was good with prompt responses. I highly recommend! "

"Megan was a great host from the very start! As soon as I inquired about the property she responded within a working day and I booked! Check in was a breeze and she was always checking in with me during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The location was 10 - 15 minutes away from everything we had planned for our weekend. And the property was more than enough room for our party of 15, lots of space to hangout and outside nature to enjoy! There was a lot more toiletries than expected and amenities for us to use! I am very pleased with our overall stay! Thanks Megan for helping make my 35th birthday trip amazing : )"
