Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had a great stay at Renata's place. We were a group of 12 and had ample space for everyone. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay and everything was in good condition. We really liked the decor of the house, both inside and out. The view from the backyard is incredible and much nicer than the photos make it seem. You could spend plenty of time outside just hanging out and admiring the surroundings. The house is also quite secluded in the hills giving you plenty of privacy.Something to be aware of is that there are only two showers in the entire home. This was a minor inconvenience since we were such a large group but really not a huge deal.Everyone from our group loved this house and would definitely want to come back. I would highly recommend staying here."

"This guest house is a true gem. The area around the house is more beautiful than the pictures show. The house is very roomy and very nicely furnished with everything you would want for a quiet retreat or family gathering. Definitely going back for a longer stay next time."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property. The house is warm and cozy and we love the kitchen, since we like to cook. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The yard is great, fully fenced for our 2 dogs to enjoy their stay as well :). The spa was a nice way to end the day, soaking under the stars. It’s quiet and peaceful, especially at night. The property is also close to lots of wineries and Morro Bay. And if you forget anything, the store is 10 minutes away. We look forward to our next stay!!"

"The property is beautiful! Being able to visit the farm animals was a plus for us! The “farmhouse” with its thoughtful decor was warm and inviting. It was very clean and kitchen had all that was needed to cook in. Hot tub was already heated and enjoyed. The beds were comfy. Overall, great experience. The communication with host was good with prompt responses. I highly recommend! "

"The house was beautiful with great views and we loved the location. However, we were very disturbed by the conditions of the chicken coop on the property. There was a dead hen and the two living chickens did not have food in their bowls and were out of water with their water source disconnected. Luckily we were able to feed them as there was chicken feed and water on the property. One of the rooms had dirty sheets with hair and dead bugs on them and the hot tub heating took 8 hours to warm up. The host was responsive but we want to ensure these chickens are being taken care of and rehomed if needed!"
