"The room was clean and staff was amazing! The lady who checked us in let us know a bus was coming in and when they would be eating breakfast so we could avoid them. Without us asking she also told us where to park our car so we could see it from our room. Super thoughtful! If you are a light sleeper, the highway noise is very loud and noticeable. Maybe call and request a room on the other side of the building. As far as I can tell the only part of the team that has some room for improvement is the maintenance staff. There was painting missing from the walls that looks like it was from changing the headboard and they just didn’t fix it correctly, and other wear and tear. The shower also really needed to be recaulked. But overall this was a nice stay for the money. "

"Check in/out staff pleasant & helpful. Room was clean, bed a bit more firm than I expected, fridge & microwave in room a plus. Breakfast selections ok, waffles, eggs, sausage & pastries. Room was nice & quiet considering proximity to the interstate."

"My wife, newborn, and I were awoken by a knock at the door at 2 am by a guest that the front desk knew was knocking and looking for his wallet. I called the front desk, they told me they were aware and that the person knocking had almost been “kidnapped” that night. You can imagine my alarm and anger as a new dad not only having a knock at the door at that hour waking us all up but the heightened alarm of hearing there was a kidnapper nearby. I asked for at least a partial refund but was met with resistance as they claimed that they weren’t at fault even though they knew what was going on and didn’t even bother to call the police. Would stay far away from this hotel. Very disappointing. "

"Parking was ok. But when you arrive you have to talk to a kiosk. Had a hard tome understanding person on other end. Room was beat up snd not very clean. Woild not recommend. "

"Great Staff! Easy location right off the interstate. Very safe area. Lots of dining options very close. Pet friendly. It is not the Hilton, but for the price it is a great deal!"

"The property is acceptable for the price. To name a few of The breakfast items are apples, yogurt, dry cereal, “juices”, coffee, bagels, muffins, and packaged cinnamon rolls. A toaster and microwave are available. The beds and pillows in our room we’re comfortable. Nearby DQ and Mc D across the road. While the building is older, we did not see major disrepair. This is our 3rd time staying here while visiting family. "
