"The room was clean and I appreciate the soaps and body wash. However, the bed was very soft, and since we had four guests, we shared beds. I slept on the edge of the mattress and kept falling/sliding all night. At breakfast, the juice machine was out of order. My wife wanted water, but tap was the only water available, unless we paid for bottles of water. If the machine is broken, the water should be complimentary. Tapwater is okay, but too much chlorine and the taste wasn't so great. The rest of breakfast was good."

"The individual room needs updated! We had a balcony suite and all we could see was trees and solar panels! We noticed rooms where being worked on. Noisy! Staff not real friendly except for the door men. The outlets to plug in phones, etc where in terrible condition! Will probably not return to this hotel as it wasn't worth the price we paid."

"There was a swarm of bugs in front of our room that were unavoidable to get through the door. The lock inside looked like it had been ripped off the door frame a few times. The paint job in the room was rushed and incomplete. It looked like there was a cockroach leg stuck to the wall in the shower. The employee who checked us in wasn't wearing shoes and had a general vibe of uncleanliness. The television wasn't set up in our room. The overall vibe of the hotel was so bad that we checked out a day early and got a room at a different hotel."

"Apparently the property was in the process of being changed over from a Super 8 to a Quality Inn. So there was a lot of construction and updating going on at the time. The breakfast was minimal but fine. The secure wifi was out for our entire visit and the public wifi was out for at least half of the time. While the hotels.com listing said the parking was free, we were charged $3/night fee on arrival. We asked about that on check out and a different employee refunded the fee. However, the employee who had originally charged us saw and was very disgruntled, saying she was told that should never be done, no matter what the website said. The room itself seemed reasonably clean. However we did get some strange bug bites while there (maybe spiders) and we found trash from previous occupants in drawers."
