Ideally located close to Hadrian’s Wall and within easy reach of Hexham, guests can enjoy both tranquil rural surroundings and convenient access to local amenities, attractions, and transport links. The cottage sits on a working farm, where guests can experience the charm of rural life, with grazing livestock including sheep and a herd of pure Limousin cattle often visible nearby.

THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN The property is arranged across two floors.
Ground Floor: Living room – Comfortable sofa and chair, a log burner, and TV. Kitchen and dining area – Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and all essential cookware. Dining table with seating for 6 guests. Second living room – A separate, quiet space ideal for relaxing with a book or unwinding. Includes comfortable seating, which folds out into a large single bed.
First Floor: Bedroom 1 – King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, drawers, mirror, lamp, occasion charge and a large wicker basket. Bedroom two – Single daybed with a pull-out trundle, which can be made up as a super king-size bed upon request, bedside tables, hanging space, lamp, 2 chairs, mirror and drawers. Bedroom three – Bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements, hanging space, drawers, bookcase, occasional chair and bean bags. Family bathroom – Bath and separate shower, WC, wash basin, and mirror.
Outside: Garden – Fully enclosed and recently landscaped private garden, offering a peaceful and secluded outdoor space. Patio area – Newly installed patio with modern outdoor furniture and a large cantilever parasol. Parking - Parking is directly outside the cottage for up to four cars. BBQ and storage – Large barbecue available for guest use Pets – Regrettably no pets are allowed.
