"We were at the Ensana Heviz hotel from September 25 to October 8. . The location of the hotel is not bad. The pool area is laid out normally. Good breakfasts and dinners. The staff is mostly polite. But The furniture in the room is very old and needs updating. Very poor room cleaning. The carpet on the floor was so old and dirty. The balcony was not clean. At the hotel, my husband and I took 14 procedures each, considering that these packages of more than 10 procedures should be at a discount....
