This hotel was perfectly situated just a short walk from the heart of Vienna. The area was quiet & safe; but vibrant enough as bars and restaurants are at the end of the street.
The hotel itself is immaculate in every way.
The staff in their service are friendly, professional and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious.
Food and beverages - excellent.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it: and will certainly plan to return there.

"The rooms were clean, the staff were great, the location can't be beat if you are going to the thermal lake and walking around town. It also has a very nice bar for socializing over drinks. The only glitch for us was the included meals. We had a vegetarian with us and for her the food didn't hit ..."
