"Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come...

It feels like an old cabin that has been expanded a few times - a plywood floored entrance way that was added on holds outdoor activity equipment, a washer and dryer and the trash cans. "This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. "We took a long weekend to so my granddaughter could visit her other grandparents in the area. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted for nothing! We wished it was summer to take advantage of the lake amenities. We will definitely visit again."

"Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. "We had a great stay here! My husband and I and our 3 kids were in town for the weekend. The camp was very peaceful on the river. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including coffee, toiletries, towels, linens and more. The hosts even included complimentary drinks and a smores kit which we used when we made a fire in the outdoor fire-pit. It was the perfect spot for our weekend stay and I highly recommend. Host was great at communicating."

"Beautiful property and place to stay. Everything is provided…all you need is your clothes! Kids loved the kayaks and we all enjoyed outdoor fire pit. The cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside and is appointed very well. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed eating on the back porch. The owner was excellent to work with and we have zero complaints. Definitely would recommend!"

Experiencing peaceful evenings by the fire pit and small hikes during the late morning, hot tubbing and kayaking on the pond, and finished our evenings with dinner and Yatzee. Really enoyed Boyd Pond, and what great hosts Teresa and Chris were to share their peaceful property...We would definitely come back."
