Staff was helpful. The Motel is about 70 years old with its 1950s charm with many nice updates like new shower linens and furniture. This was our 4 th stay at this property.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. the motel is dated but the cleanliness makes up for that. They can do a little better with their breakfast. Overall I would stay there again.

The Scottish Inn is definitely worth the price! A great place to go to spend a night or two while touring the town or the college.

This an older motel but the owners have put a lot into the furnishings, window treatments & decor. It is also very clean. They also have a small area where you can have coffee along with some breakfast items in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I visited friends up north for 5 days and we stayed in the Scottish Inns in Potsdam for 4 nights. The motel room was spotless; which we really appreciated. The owners were lovely, and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. There is an amazing gift store directly across the street to browse.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable with plenty pillows. No complaints! We will stay here again on future trips to Potsdam. Our son attends nearby Clarkson University, and this motel is within 5 minutes of the college.
