"This was a lovely place. We checked in after dark so it was challenging finding our cabin and where to park. The next morning we were able to see everything which made all the difference getting around the next few days. The grounds are well-kept. The family cabin was roomy and clean. Took 1 star off for a non-working heater in one room that I reported to the staff but it did not get fixed. Luckily my boys love a freeze chamber and we brought extra blankets. Only one restaurant on the grounds...

"Overall great house and beautiful scenery. Loved all the wild life. The only thing that I thought could have been better is the quality of the toilet paper and paper towels. They were only one ply. We needed more trash bags and some plastic cups and plates would have been nice for the kids."

"Yosemite Westgate Lodge is a 20-minute drive from the Big Oak Flat gate - Hwy 120. Did not see anything nearer. It is nicely furnished and property is pristine. Our room seemed like good hotel. The more rustic restaurant and bar next door has a full menu for every meal and is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Had 4 meals there and would have liked to try more from the dinner menu. "
