"The television in the room was old and there was only signal for one channel. The shower was spurting water out from the side of the head. There was no luggage locker available, there are significantly fewer lockers than rooms available. No staff on site at any time to assist so had to pay to store luggage elsewhere. Support unhelpful in resolving the issue. "

"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. They had elderly and handicapped people in mind when designing the rooms and building, big wide doors, hallways etc. Migi is one of the staff (family owners) and he was absolutely amazing!! 😊 So friendly, so attentive and makes your stay as easy and hassle free as possible. "Easy check in at Yays Maritime hotel nearby with complimentary taxi to the crane. Spotlessly clean, fun place to stay. Bikes provided, but only a short walk to Amsterdam Central station. "
