"The house, the location/neighborhood and the host were all great. We were a group of friends hiking in the area (not skiing)…it was a perfect choice for us and I would highly recommend it. "

"We enjoyed a 3 generation vacation and this house meet all of our needs. Patty was wonderful with all of my questions before, during and after our trip. We even left something behind and it should be in the mail for us.Location was ideal for what we wanted to do. Close enough to see RMNP, Estes Park and the quaint town of Nederland has wonderful food options and shops. The day after we left the strip mall in town had a fire that destroyed everything. The grands had really had a wonderful time at the Wild Bear Nature Center and our hearts go out to them and the animals that perished. Also had a good time on The Carousel Of Happiness and thankful that was spared. "
