"The advertised property was true to every comment and picture.Clean linens... sheets and towels were all provided.Kitchen was fully equipped.Large space for every room.Seating capacity, very good in every room.Nederland (a small crossroads town), 5 miles away. It will accommodate restaurants, grocery, museums, bars, souvenirs, etc.Black Hawk and Central City casinos, 10 mins south direction. Eats and gambling!Comfortable beds.FYI...Stairwell in the interior to all bedrooms.Upper deck and lower patio on-site.."

While the interior was a little dated, the appliances were new and everything was functional and well maintained.We enjoyed easy access to Golden Gate Canyon SP and trails around Nederland. There are also breweries and restaurants within a short drive along CO Hwy 119. Note that the home is located adjacent to Hwy 119 and, while screened by foliage, road noise is clearly audible.This home would be an excellent choice for a family/group trip."

"One of our favorite VRBO's we've ever stayed in! The location on the lake is just perfect. You feel like you have it all to yourself. The house is well stocked with everything you need and then some. Really enjoyed kayaking and paddle-boarding on the lake. Also had fun catching trout. The house felt very secluded even though you're only about 15min from Nederland which is a great little mountain town. We didn't see any moose from the house but we did on the neighborhood trail which was cool. Will for sure be back. Thanks for hosting us!"

"We loved our stay at Moss Rocks. Perfect location for our family to base out of for beautiful hikes in the Indian Peak Wilderness area. Kitchen was fully equipped which made for easy cooking. House was very clean. We loved the space indoors and out. Enjoyed swinging in the hammock with the baby. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Incredible sunrise and sunsets with great views. We will definitely return."

"This property is very nice. It was very clean and comfortable. The creek out the front door was nice but lacks privacy as across the creek is a road and walking path. The hot tub was a very nice place to rest. It was clean and well taken care of. The host was easy to reach and was very helpful when I had questions or issues. The entry to the location was a bit unexpected. From the photos it doesn't show how close the businesses are to the location. However, there was no noise from the businesses and it was nice to walk out the door and go to dinner or out for a drink. I would recommend this spot as a very nice place to stay within walking distance to restaurants and shopping."
