"Overall the house was nice, clean on the inside. This is definitely a historic home, with it's nuances. As of June 2024 the outside was still not kept up, we couldn't use that patio furniture as it was very dirty. The labyrinth in the back is not walkable because it is over grown with weeds. "Perfect place to stay just a few minutes outside of Durango. The layout of the home was great and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need to prepare meals, including a variety of cookbooks. We enjoyed watching the Durango Silverton train go right by a couple of times a day.
