Check in was easy and very friendly, the room however was stuck up in a corner with very poor views considering we had a balcony. Room facilities were very good and well equipped.

The staff were excellent, i was there with my 11 year old grandson, i became unwell, they managed to find a room on ground floor for us so he could swim and i was close by. I am so grateful. It was so hot, don't think i will travel to Hervey Bay in full summer again. Unfortunately i had to go at this time this trip. I will definitely be staying again. Thankyou again for you help and concern.

Overpriced and dated
Overpriced for dated room and amenities. Bathroom and laundry in one was very crammed and the shower/bath was barely big enough to stand in. Only one air conditioner on the opposite side of the living area to the bedrooms made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. For the price of the room, there is much better and cheaper options nearby. Electronic room key was faulty and wouldn’t open room and had to get new ones.

Great location with beautiful views over the pool and marina. Staff are friendly and plenty of options for food etc within a 2min walk. Highly recommended!

(There's a more detailed review on Google reviews) This was the worst experience we've ever had. I've stayed in cheap motels that are cleaner, have nicer rooms and with polite staff and even better views. I hope anyone who took the time to read this review will be deterred and saved from suffering a stay like we had.

Due to an accident and my wife being hospitalised we were unable to stay for our 20 wedding anniversary. After multiple attempts at communicating with Wotif we had no resolution and forfeited our payment. Won’t use Wotif again and will tell friends of our experience and the lack of communication.

Loved the location, & we were extremely happy to have a room over looking the water. Only one suggestion, not a good idea to put a 77year old & a 90 year old in a room with a spa. Too tall & very dangerous to get in & out of.
