Il y a beaucoup de marches à monter pour accéder aux chambres du deuxième étage, ce qui est particulièrement difficile pour les personnes âgées qui voyagent avec 2 valises. De plus, aucun membre du personnel n’est disponible pour aider à monter les bagages. Un point à améliorer pour rendre le séjour plus confortable, surtout pour les seniors."

"I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! Gorgeous, close to the gondola. Amenities amazing."

"Czystość w pokoju ok, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Strefa spa całkiem przyjazna , basen spory jaccuzi na zewnątrz może troszkę za małe. Hotel moim zdaniem przegięty cenowo i to bardzo. Jedna doba za 1500PLN Pokój executive we dwie osoby miejsca bardzo mało wiec nie wiem jak wygląda standard. Łóżko moim zdaniem bardzo przeciętne max 3 gwiazdki , poduszka sztuczna jak dla mnie nie do przyjęcia. Waga w łazience nie działa. Na plus lokalizacja ale czy warto przepłacać? "
