One of the nicest hotels that I stayed in Poland over the years, at par with Copernicus in Krakow. I strongly recommend visiting the spa.

Hotel poniżej oczekiwań, plusem lokalizacja, kompetentny i miły personel, cisza - bez małych dzieci! Niestety przesadna oszczędność w wielu aspektach (vide opinia w tripadvisor), muzealny design hotelu i pokoju pozostawiają niemile wrażenia. Zupełnie kuriozalny gumowy podkład ochraniający materac skutecznie uniemożliwia wypoczynek i sen. Natychmiast usunąć i prześcielić łóżko „king size”!!! o szerokości 148cm. Hotel generalnie nijaki; jako obiekt nie da się lubić.

First class hotel in Krynica Zdroj

Excellent 4 star hotel with quality restaurant and breakfast, We had issues as our daughter arrived on our last night and they quickly moved us to a larger room to accommodate our needs. They could not have been more helpful. Hotel reception speak English (this is Poland) and could not have done more to ensure a perfect stay.

Great location but disappointed with my experience

Chose this hotel after reading positive reviews online. Was disappointed. Great location but had problems with TV and shower. I will not go back to this hotel. Food and staff were great though.

Relaksujący pobyt

Pobyt zrelaksował Nas. Hotel doskonale położony, pod samą Górą Parkową i przy deptaku z bardzo miłą, uprzejmą i pomocną obsługą. Strefa basenowa bardzo przyjemna i relaksująca, a serwowane rano śniadania są urozmaicone i ze świeżych produktów. Jedyne niedociągnięcia były związane z brakiem kosmetyków łazienkowych, źle działającym internetem bezprzewodowym i klimatyzacją.

Weekend w kurorcie

Dwie pary na pobyt weekendowy. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na doskonałą lokalizację oraz duży parking. Świetne śniadania z dużym wyborem dań były dodatkowym atrybutem. Fajny, spokojny basen pozwalał na wieczorny relaks:)

Byłem w tym hotelu w połowie lipca. REWELACJA pod każdym względem! Pokoje czyste, przestronne, hotel świetnie położony. Śniadanie oraz inne dania z restauracji palce lizać! Tatar, placek po węgiersku, tiramisu wręcz OBŁĘDNE!!! Ceny bardzo przystępne. Polecam!!! Osobiście jeżeli tylko będę w Krynicy to w Prezydencie.

Świetne położenie, duże pokoje, słaby internet

Pobyt bardzo udany, bardzo wygodne pokoje, wszędzie blisko, duży basen (niestety w sezonie obłożony), bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. W hotelu czysto, elegancko, dobra jakość wykończeń. Jedyny minus to niedziałający internet - mimo moich próśb o naprawę internetu w pokoju przez 3 dni (do końca pobytu) nie udało się naprawić.
