"Nice food but the staff seemed rather unprepared. They put all my food on another room and when I pointed out it was missing they didn’t even say thank you. They had already told me there was nothing to pay and good bye.. "

"Great location to travel in and out of London. Breakfast was very nice and they catered for dietary requirements. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable."

"The hotel was perfect for our needs. One night stay over for an event at Wembley. The hotel is lovely albeit a little tired. Probably needs a refresh but based on price and the area I would definitely book again. The staff were the stand out for us. Reception were so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was super tasty too. Thanks for a lovely stay."
