Rooms we're newly renovated and clean. The Location of the Hotel was good. Pool and the beach next to the Hotel we're also good. Breakfast can be improved by alot. We stayed for 6 nights but only Had breakfast for 2 times since we did not like it. The staff in general is nice but they seem to not bother If their guests have to wait for drinks or food at their hotel bar and restaurants. Their prices for drinks and food is nuts. Half a liter of beer was 8€ while outside the hotel in the surrounding bars you only pay half the price. The same applies for the food. Side-Note: there is no parking available by the hotel

Awesome staff makes this stay unique

Great place to base from if you want to see the east side if the island. The staff is fantastic, they go out of their way to make your staff great. I am not one who enjoys eating at a buffet but the food at this buffet is really good. One of the better selections I've seen. Grab your plate and eat along side the sea or pool.

Everything faultless

Excellent in all ways. 10 yards from beach. In the centre of Stalis. Two wonderful pools next to the beach. Only had breakfast each day. Plenty of choice and good quality. Staff all excellent especcially Parvu and Alexandra in restaurant. Very friendly and nothing was a problem. If in Stalis again will definitely return to Zephyros

Zephyros Beach Hotel

Zephyros Beach Hotel is in a fabulous location. It's central and on the beach. Breakfast is lovely and the staff are all helpful. I do have a number of criticisms: firstly there is free WiFi only in the reception area. If you want WiFi in your room there was an extra 50 euro charge. Secondly, tea and coffee are provided free of charge, however, only paper cups are provided and our supplies were only replaced once in 2 weeks! Also, there are only a handful of coat hangers in the wardrobes. The pool area is lovely but, unless you're an early riser you won't get a sunbed as guests 'reserve' them with towels. My last, small criticism is that the shower/toilet doesn't have a glass or other type of container for toothbrushes etc. Overall, a good experience but, this is an expensive hotel and is not worth over £100 per night.

Unser Aufenhatl im Alai Crete war hervorragend. Wir haben das Hotel bereits zum zweiten Mal besucht. Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert und hat vor Kurzem wieder geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind alle neu, der Frühstücksbereich und die Pool Area, sowie die Hotel Lobby wurde alles renoviert. Es sieht sehr hochwertig und elegant aus. Das Personal war super freundlich, wir bedanken uns bei allen für ihren einzigartigen Service. Der Strand war wunderschön, feiner Sand, bequeme Sonnenliegen aus Holz, alles im Boho Stil. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren im Neubau des Hotels welches wirklich sehr schön war. Die Zimmer waren hell und sauber. Sehr bewundernswert war, dass das Airconditioning immer automatisch ausging sobald man das Fenster öffnete. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir leider etwas enttäuscht. Das Brot war hart und nicht frisch und man kriegte nur einen Filter Kaffee… Für den Preis den wir bezahlt hatten hätten wir eine grössere Auswahl an Kaffee erwartet. Zusätzlich war ab 10 Uhr in der früh das Buffet auch schon wieder zu was in den Ferien für uns viel zu früh war.

Hôtel très bien situé et propre sur la plupart des sites. Petit bémol sur le Wi-Fi payant pour les chambres. C'est une mode qui devrait doucement disparaître du monde hôtelier (c'est mon avis). Transats (sunbed) payant sur la plage à côté, pas trop dérangeant pour un petit séjour mais pour un sejour longue durée c'est moins agréables. Bon prestation en général mais quelques petites mauvaises surprise malheureusement.

Das erste angebotene zimmer entsprach nicht den Reservierungskritterien. Mir Wurde aber umgehend und verständnisvoll ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Tolles Zimmer und ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen und werde es auch weiter empfehlen.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location. Right on the beach. Prices were expensive compared to other nearby venues. A couple of beach bars just down from the hotel allowed you to use sun beds on the beach for free, if you were having a drink. To use the ones at the hotel was 10 euros. The breakfast was good but got a bit repetitive, but I suspect that was due to Covid precautions. The staff were all excellent with special mentions to the restaurant and cleaning staff. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaner never disturbed us. Great sea views and nice pool area, there are signs up telling people that they can’t reserve sun beds with towels, or they would be removed, this was never enforced. A bit of a bugbear of mine, either allow it or don’t allow it, but it’s not enough to spoil the holiday. A few external light bulbs needed replacing but again, a minute detail that is difficult to really criticise, but this is a honest appraisal, so couldn’t give an excellent for condition. If you’re thinking of booking, do it, you won’t be disappointed. There weren't loads of other English people there but everyone (guests and staff) were really friendly and could speak good English, so don’t let that put you Brits off.

Hotel na plazi s bazenem, kde hned za hotelem je spousta restauraci, kavaren, zmrzlin a pod. Meli jsme pokoj s vyhkedem na more, tj. Bocni pohled, ktery je rusen hudbou a hlukem z restaurace. Rozumna snidane s ochotnym personalem. Sluby na recepci vzdy dodrzeny, pouze cas odjezdu je realne 11 a ne 12, jak je inzerovano na hotels.com

Stalidas a nice place for an enjoyable holiday

Very friendly staff and all service providers in the area. Most helpful. Food is is good and very reasonably priced. Alcohol was a bit on the expensive side compared to my country ( Malta ). The beach is nice but seems to have nortwesterly winds and make it a bit too wavy and not good to have a good swim. Also residents still have to pay for deck chairs on the beach which i never encountered when staying in hotels in other countries.

We booked Room Breakfast. The staf was very friendly and helpful The rooms and area where pretty clean. Beds where good and even after 2 weeks no complaints. Swimming pool is nice with a lot of free sunbeds. Sunbeds at the beach are charged Only at breakfast which was very complete the taste was sometime a bit below par. White beans in tomato sauce was like soup. Lots of oil n fried eggs etc. We did not have dinner But apart from that this was a nice hote that I can recommend.

Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Liegt direkt an der Flaniermeile von Stalida, also nach dem Essen noch auf den Wackel gehen, kein Problem. Schade, dass es auf den Zimmern kein WLAN gratis gibt. Der gratis O-Saft zum Frühstück ist keine Werbung für Kreta.

Es hatte keine Zahnbürstenbecher im Zimmer. Kein Föhn. Zuviele Urlauber man musste fürs Essen anstehen am Abend. Sonst war alles in Ordnung
