In the charming village of Gouves in Crete, Villa Konstantinos is nestled deep within the area’s beautiful natural landscape. With nature at every turn, green gardens, lush shrubbery, and tropical trees frame this impressive property. Perched on the hillside, this villa also offers incredible views over the Aegean Sea. 
With three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, this villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom features private balcony access so you can marvel and admire the amazing vistas from a height. On the ground floor, you will gravitate towards a fully equipped kitchen complete with a large dining table for wineing, dining, and socialising. The living room is modern yet cosy with comfortable sofas looking out towards the wide glass patio doors. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV are sure to provide ultimate entertainment. 
Outside, the inviting infinity pool is framed by luxury sun loungers and a shaded day bed, perfect for relaxing and rotating under the sun. Come morning, noon, or night, gather in the outdoor dining area to enjoy a family feast fired up on the built-in barbeque. To escape the heat, head to the conservatory and challenge your loved ones to a game of pool using the billiards table. 
Villa Konstantinos is a short drive away from the popular city of Heraklion, home to impressive archaeological sites dating back thousands of years. 

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide.  The path to the pool area is 80cm wide. There is a small step over the patio doors when exiting from the lounge. The villa can be accessed via this door as well as the front door, so less steps are required. The path from the front to the back of the villa is 83cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of real grass, artificial grass, tiles, and crazy paving. Inside, there are no ground-floor bedrooms/bathrooms. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 150cm wide. Important Information - This property contains wide gaps in the ladder effect railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
