"Villa Eugenia delivered everything we hoped for and more. It’s a beautifully maintained, spacious home with views of the hills and sea.
Inside, the villa was clean, stylish and very well-equipped. Every corner felt thoughtfully arranged, creating a luxurious yet comfortable vibe.
The addition of poolside cabanas was a thoughtful touch—offering much-needed shade during the peak heat. Whether escaping the midday sun or lounging post-swim, they added to the sense of comfort and luxury.

"Beautifully kept luxury villa with all you could need and more. Gorgeous pool and amazing views overlooking beach directly in front of villa. Private pebbly beach and lovely sandy beach for swimming 100m away. Towels, dressing gowns, slippers provided and villa spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful hosts, we felt very welcome her and had a wonderful week’s holiday with family from 3 to 76 years old!"

"Our trip was wonderful and Vangelis the host was incredibly helpful and kind! The house was extremely close to the beach and photos do not do it justice. There is a cute village on walking distance (analipsi) and the hosts restaurant recommendations were amazing. Only shame is that the nearby hotel Stella had shows many days which you could hear from the villa. But luckily it was never longer than an hour per day so you could enjoy the free performance or head to the beach!"

"Ist ideal für Leute, die abschalten und auch Ausblick mit Pool genießen wollen. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt.
Für den ein oder anderen könnten paar Sachen fehlen (Spülung der Toilette dauert, Waschmaschine), aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Würde jederzeit wieder dahin!"

"This apartment is lovely, very clean and newly decorated. The garden is also lovely. The owners are delightful, they kept bring us gifts of food and were generally very helpful.
The beach is very close with sunloungers and a little cafe. Restaurants and bars are about 10 to 15 minute walk away. Hire car was very useful."

"Beautiful surroundings, friendly and professional staff, and delicious food. The local cats were a wonderful surprise and also super friendly. There were numerous activites at the resort and a convenient bus to the beach area. Beach Comber at Stallis beach was beautiful, relatively quiet, served excellent cocktails and amazing food. My only critics of Village Heights were:
1. What is/is not included in half board is not well explained at time of booking - I only found out this information on day 2.
2. The power cut out multiple times daily. Only for a few seconds, so it never caused an issue, but it was slightly worrying.
3. The sign at the cats feeding station states they are neutered, but they are not; kittens ahoy! "

"We loved our stay (August 2025) at the Royal And Imperial Belvedere hotel. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean.
The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available.
Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun.
The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace.
Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening."
