Basic property, has not been refurbed in years. Over priced for what it was. Constant mosquitos everywhere in the apartment which was bad. We literally barracked ourself in one room. All the taps etc were rusted and green. Area outside is full of locals who didn’t not even know what halal food was! Plenty of supermarkets around though. Beach and bars are all deserted.

Gemütlicher Unterkunft direkt am Meer für kleine Budget. Supermarket, Apotheke und diverse Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Kleine Küche mit Zubehör. Flugzeuge unter den Tag etwas laut, in der Nacht war ruhig(ca. ab Mitternacht bis 7:00 Uhr)

Where were they?

After I checked in, the manager/owner was nowhere to be found, although, he posted his phone number on the glass of his office for emergency. There was no one around to reset the wi-fi after so many blackouts. I was unable to use the internet during my 7 days of stay. Housekeeping was so bad that no one to change the towels or bed sheets.

Grosse déception car la description de l’hôtel ne correspond pas il n’y a pas piscine extérieur ni de salle de jeu ni de bibliothèque toute les activités nautiques proposées a proximité sont inexistante la plage est desserte avec juste quelques chaise parasol. A notre arrivée pas alaise sur les matelas juste des draps , gros problème de tuyauterie quand on tire la chasse d’eau tout l’hôtel est averti de notre passage sur le pot 😂 En revanche le personnel est agréable et à l’écoute

Struttura esternamente carina, appartamento vecchio con mobilio datato, finestra del soggiorno rotta, bagno vecchio, phon rotto e nonostante avessi segnalato nessuno lo ha cambiato. Aria Condizionata ok e insonorizzazione anche. Reception esistente solo all'arrivo. Presenza indesiderata di 2 scarafaggi. Bè meno male abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti! Non lo consiglio Nota positiva: vicinanza all'Aeroporto di Heraklion

Der Strand war sehr nahe. Die An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Das Gebäude ist ein bisschen älter aber sauber und ordentlich und für den Preis genau passend. Hat den Erwartungen gut entsprochen.

Entrati era ben riconoscibile odore di muffa. Inoltre bagno e parte del pavimento vicino al letto era allagato. Infine neppure il cestino della spazzatura era stato svuotato e conteneva molti residui. Nulla da dire sulla disponibilità del check in notturno

On a passe un magnifique séjour tout près de la plage ;dans cet appart hôtel propre,calme et d'ambiance familiale. Les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques et présents à tout moment. L'appartement est bien équipé avec une vue sur mer. La proximité des commerces, des tavernes et des transports pour l'aéroport qui se trouve à 15mn par bus.

Posto semplice e carino

Hotel accueillant proche de la plage

L'hôtel est proche de la plage on entend les bruits de la mer depuis le séjour. La plage à vue depuis le balcon. Les commerces à proximité et on peut prendre le bus pour aller à l'aéroport et au centre ville de Heraklion pour 2€ seulement. Les causes sont confortables et climatisés. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel et sa femme sont très sympa et disponible pour toute demande. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et très ravis d'y retourner. On mange aussi très bien pour pas chèr.

état propre mais très vieux

mobilier des chambres années 70, propre, environnement très bruyant (mobylettes fessant des boucles sans arrêt, avion), je ne conseil pas cet hôtel aux personnes ayant le sommeil léger, chaises abimées, tringle de douche qui ne tient plus, je ne vois pas trop comment cet hotel à pu obtenir 3 étoiles, fenêtre non hermétiques, pas de piscine.....

Basic but tidy

On arrival, apartment was clean and functional throughout. We stayed 8 days and room was cleaned twice during our stay, although sheets were changed only once. Toilet/shower room was very small but all clean and in good working order, no problems with hot water at any point. Staff were friendly, easy-going and helpful, they dealt with any questions/requests and even gave us a bottle of drinking water for no charge to when we ran out. Location: The village of Kokkini Hani is well-connected to other locations along Crete's northern coast by it's proximity to the large national road, and buses are relatively frequent. Kokkini itself has little to offer in terms of attractions but has a few nice beaches and restaurants. Stella apartments are located conveniently with nice views over the sea from many of the windows/balconies, and just a couple of minutes' walk from the main road and shops/supermarket/bars/restaurants. The nearby beach is not one for sunbathing but suitable ones are between 5-20 minutes walk away.
