Brilliant resort, well catered for everyone with kids and for those who love sports. Food on ala carte restaurants is amazing and very good quality. Waterpark is brilliant and there are plenty of pool optipns so it doenst feel crowded. The only downsides are: 1. the beach is small and it gets busy quickly..Also, it is sandy beach, but half way through the water, there are large sharp stones at the bottom so you need to be careful. 2. There isnt much to see around the hotel within a walking distance but Herosnisos is 10 minutes by bus. 3. Water and pools are very cold in October unless it ia over 30 degree outside.

Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn

A fortunate 1 week all inclusive stay here right before the prices went up in May on the beautiful island of Crete was a good choice. Only 20 or so minutes from Heraklion Airport, checked in with friendly staff and loaded onto a buggy with luggage to our sea view room. The views are spectacular from the room and most of the resort which in itself is visually stunning. Room was large with lots of storage, comfy bed, fantastic shower, minibar with some free soft drinks, water and snacks. Cleaned very well every day. It’s high end here, looks immaculate and is ‘Disney’ spotlessly clean everywhere. Lots of pools, some quieter than others with sunbeds and towel pools from your room. Towels are changeable from the pools. The hotel is large, well set out and spacious. All inclusive is plus plus. You can eat or drink somewhere 24 hours a day/night. You will never be far from the nearest bar/snacks. The main restaurant is plentiful with lots of options, all served to you from behind a glass counter. Most servers are great but one was intent on providing sub baby portions! Some options attract larger queues. But the food/drink is of a high standard. Waiters bring the drinks and are highly efficient and the floor manager is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place for a week holiday.

This place is excellent, if you are looking for nice resort with affordable budget. I would recommend to stay at least 7 nights to enjoy variuos activities available and you are good at playing tennis. 1 or 2 days you can spend to explorw crete and 5 days you enjoy "All inclusive" benefits.

An amazing resort amazing servies very kids friendly everything is clean the cleanest I've ever seen in an hotel. The stuff was nice and kind they really deserve all the best opinions. And the resort is gorgeous. We will definitely will come back.

Had an incredible time. Clean bedrooms, friendly staff, good food, so many activities to do in the hotel, different “venues” to choose from for having dinner - just recommending to book a week before you go to make sure you will find space. There are many tennis and basketball courts, wide range of swimming pools. The gym is excellent, with a huge swimming pool and a brand new waterpark next to it.

This was a jewel! It has everything for all ages definitely a great family vacation resort that accommodates each individual wants and joys. They didn’t disappoint and out did themselves with excellence and friendly staff. Ritsa in guest relations has passion in making your vacation a memorable one. The most amazing staff, friendly and so very accommodating in every way. The offers for kids are incredible, my son was out playing football and basketball with a group of friends every day. The Main restaurant has a good variety and the Stak restaurant was very good. We cannot wait to go back. My one critique would be that the food at the other two restaurants were mediocre but we did not get to trymany of the options.

A perfect holiday as we had the chance to visit the hotel almost at the end of the season... having great weather...rhe possibility to dine in all a la carte restaurants...to enjoy a fantastic dinner in Zorbas with excellent service from Dimitri and team..!!well done!! Also...a really nice and helpful lesson from George,the tennis manager in the brand new tennis area!!! Really nice ... helpful...and friendly personal all around the Hotel.. Rooms spacious and clean with spectacular views!!! Really lucky to have great weather at the end of the season!! A stay to remember!!! For sure..we will see you next year!! My stay at Nana Golden Beach was at the start of November. I was there with my girlfriend and we had such an amazing time. The hotel is perfect for all age groups, featuring facilities to entertain everyone. We also enjoyed the big selection of restaurants to have dinner at, and the amazing breakfast buffet. The spa and gym facilities were very new and modern, with an amazing private trainer at the gym. Also both of us had a massage, which left us so relaxed after. The hotel also has a lot of bars for the night to enjoy a nice drink. I would like to give a congratulation to all the staff for making this experience unique. Would totally recommend Nana Golden Beach to anyone who wants to visit Crete.
