Schönes und ruhiges Hotel, nicht zu viele Zimmer und damit nicht zu sehr überlaufen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, gepflegte Außenanlagen. Es werden am Pool Liegen, Schirme und auch Spielzeug für die Kinder, Bälle etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Das W-LAN funktioniert leider nur eingeschränkt und die Reichweite geht nicht in alle Zimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile ist relativ sparsam, für die meisten Zwecke aber ausreichend. Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Aparthotelanlage am Ortsrand

Wir hatten ein Studio im einzigen Gebäude auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite mit Garten- bzw. Bergblick. Vorteil: Hinten war es etwas ruhiger, denn auf der Straße ist oft viel Verkehr. Das Studio und generell die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind aber nicht schalldicht. Leider fallen die Zimmertüren ins Schloss und unter der Tür ist ein größerer Spalt, sodass man die "Nachtschwärmer" hört und diese selten Rücksicht nehmen und sehr laut sind. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte im hinteren Teil mit schönem Garten und Palmen ein Appartment buchen. Die verschiedenen Gebäude verteilen sich um den Pool, im hinteren Teil sowie eines auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Es gibt genügend Liegen. Den Pool haben wir aber nicht benutzt, da wir ein Mietauto hatten und damit zu verschiedenen Stränden fuhren. Der Strand in Malia ist fußläufig ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es sehr gute Tavernen - z.B. Queen und Milos sind sehr zu empfehlen! Mietauto kann ich nur empfehlen und damit die nähere Umgebung erkunden....

empfehlenswertes Hotel, vor allem für junge Leute

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und waren insgesammt recht zufrieden. Obwohl das Hotel von vielen jungen Leuten besucht wird, war es sehr ruhig, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, das Frühstücksbuffet wird an der Poolbar aufgebaut und ist in Ordnung. Die Feiermeile ist fußläufig erreichbar, das ist für Menschen, die enormen Trubel wollen wichtig, im Hotel kehrt ab 21:00 Uhr mehr Ruhe ein. Es gibt einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Fazit: Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, wenn man im Urlaub abends feiern möchte. Leider muss die Klimaanlage seperat bezahlt werden, bei der Preisklasse sollte diese jedoch schon inkludiert sein.

Super Lage, sehr freundliche Besitzer

Beide Appartments waren wie neu renoviert und boten je zwei Personen genügend Platz. Schöne kleine private Terrassen vor den Ap. Wunderbares Frühstück am Pool mit viel Obst und Griechischem Yoghurt, verschieden Eiern jeden Tag, div. Broten, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, und wechselndem süßen Gebäck. Zu Fuß kann man die nette Altstadt schnell erreichen. Kleines Geschäft gleich in der Nähe, Parkplatz direkt an der Anlage. Unbedingt zu Tabepna Milos Essen gehen (bitte reservieren, ist immer voll) und zu Nostimo beide ganz wunderbare Restaurants. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Innenhof, das der Kinder zur Straßenseite, aber sie haben nie über Lärm geklagt. Die gesamte Anlage wurde ständig gereinigt und das Personal war stets freundlich und zurückhaltend um einen nicht zu stören. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert. An der Hauptstraße verkaufen ältere Damen Bananen aus ihrem Garten, die schmecken viel besser, als wir sie je im Supermarkt bekommen.

Joli petit hôtel dans le vieux Malia loin de l'ambiance festive de la ville et proche des bonnes tavernes. Un accueil plus que parfait avec une attention toute particulière pour les enfants. Les appartements sont très bien agencés très propres et l'extèrieur est très agréable avec sa piscine et son restaurant/snack où l'on peut manger à tout heure. Petit déjeuner très correct. Petit bémol sur la qualité des matelas qui sont bien trop fermes à mon goût..

Nice hotel away from the noisy part of Malia

Friendly staff, nice pool area with sunbeds for all. Was a lot of young people but still it was very quiet at night. If we come back to Malia we would stay there again.

Nice new apartment with a good pool

We stayed for 3 nights in a nice new and big apartment. Good airco and a good bathroom. although we arrived late the staff was very nice and helped us right away when we could not get the airco to work. It has a good pool and a nice pool bar where you can have a decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are normal. It is a little far from the beach but you can still walk there.

on arrival we were shown to a newly refurbished room where there was free bottles of water and wine by friendly members of the family. Ours was not a spacious studio but it had everything we needed and over our stay it was cleaned daily. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and was served in the immaculate pool bar, a lovely start to the day. The pool (which is an optical illusion when viewed from above) and its surroundings are superb. spacious, plenty of sunbeds and not closed in by buildings which makes it a restful place. It is quite a distance from the beach but close in the very attractive old town. We would choose this hotel again.

Hôtel accueillant à proximité du vieux Malia

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours (du 14 au 22 octobre 2016) dans cet appart'hôtel confortable. Le ménage était fait tous les jours, les draps étaient changés pareillement. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux, connexion wifi excellente. L'extérieur des bâtiments est très bien entretenu (pelouses, fleurs, piscine). Le personnel est très convivial avec les clients, Le patron nous a fait visiter avec fierté son verger et potager, une partie de sa récolte est servie au petit déjeuner. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel
