It says they have a beach which is true but you have to pay 7.5 € each day for the chair and 2 € for the towel daily.. the sea view balcony is two small and the air conditioned unit is on the balcony as well .. they change the towel in the room each two days which is my first time I face something like that … the rent of the room doesn’t worth the facilities… the location of the hotel is great …

Die Möbel und die Sanitärenanlagen sind sehr abgekommen, der Zustand lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Keine Ablageflächen vorhanden, vorallem nicht im Bad. Die Duschkabine ist so schmal, dass sogar ein schmaler Mensch keine Möglichkeit sich innerhalb der Duschkabine sich zu bewegen. Die Zimmer sind so winzig, dass man nicht einmal Platz hat, den Koffer zu öffnen. Insgesamt ist die Hotelanlahe sehr herunter gekommen und keine 4 Sterne wert. Die Lage jedoch ist perfekt, man hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Upon arrival at (close to midnight), we were rudely informed we must provide a voucher for our booking - we were not able to provide a voucher as Expedia provided no such thing. The receptionist said we can have the room for the night whilst they investigate our booking and that we will be visited in our room the next morning as a follow up to this (no such follow up ever came). The next morning we prepared to go to the large outdoor pool advertised for the hotel when we booked it - we were incredibly aggrieved to find this pool no longer existed. The land to the pool had been sold off to make room for some apartments and in its place only a very small rooftop pool was available (this had 30 sun loungers for our hotel and the sister hotel, Evelyn Beach, which each had hundreds of guests). The only alternative to this was the hotel's beach, which carried an €8 per day charge (this was also not made clear when the booking was made). As the rooftop pool was so small, and as there were so many guests trying to use it, we were unable to make use of the pool once - everyone that did had to be there from 9am until the end of the day and could not leave the poolside for fear their towels were removed. This meant we spent €80 over our ten day trip on the beach; an expense we had not planned for.

The location was perfect and the restaurant staff was very nice, delightful and helpful as well as the whole hotel staff. Everyone said hello and were very nice to us. We also got a room with a busy street view which was very nice - we had an opportunity to check the street life from the balcony when the kids were sleeping, even we had to stay at the room in such an early time. Also it was nice to have the room shared into two spaces, still without doors. The cleaner workers were very flexible and smily. We would like to say thank you and greetings to the whole staff!

Het hotel is alleen geschikt voor jonge mensen.

Het is niets als trap op trap af de lift is te klein en als hij niet werkt krijg je als antwoord dan moet je maar op je kamer blijven waar een stoel op staat voor 3 personen en het personeel slaapt maar door, het eten is niet de moeite waart het is zo maar wat, dan nog ze wisten dat we een kamer met een douch moesten en dan krijg je gewoon een kamer met bad ze doen daar zo maar iets ze luisteren daar niet naar je probleem, het is maar goed dat we daar in de beurt de weg weten vandaar we toch nog een hellen goede vakantie hebben gehad en veel gelachen.

Hotell mitt i stan & framför stranden

En toppen vistelse på ett hotell mitt i stan och samtidigt precis vid stranden. I händelsernas centrum. Nära till Restauranger, barer och utestället. Fullt av butiker och affärer i området.Ett stenkast från vattenparken Star Beach. Mitt framför bästa cafét i stan om man gillar Frappé, stället heter Coffee Island. Stora härliga balkonger om man har familjerum. Toppen service allt från städ, reception som till restaurangen. Underbar liten terrass/balkong där man kunde sitta och äta frukost eller sen middag.

Pros: - good and varied food - pool Cons: - we were wlecomed with a dead bird on the balcony. No compensation offered - Poor ventilation - bathroom smelled really bad and if you left the room without windows open, you came back to a smelly room - Poorly constructed - holes in the bathroom wall (for pipes), pipe coming through a wall on the balcony, ending up in a bucket. Together with AC, it took 1/3 of space of the balcony
