Beautiful property with fun activities nearby. Great and yummy selection at the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a good variety. Some of the snacks can be slightly improved on such as the pizza and Ice cream. Overall it was a incredible stay 😊

Spent an amazing 2 weeks here with my family. The hotel was lovely and spotless clean. All the staff were so nice from the front desk manager and the ones working on the desk also all the bar staff at pool bar and the cloud bar. They couldn’t have been more accommodating 😊

An excellent hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nothing was too much. The kids club was very well staffed who could not do enough to make them happy and it was exceptionally clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The buffet exceeded expectations with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes, and the three on-site restaurants were exceptional, offering delicious and diverse cuisine. The kids’ entertainment was a highlight, keeping the little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay. The only downside was that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach, but they have a free shuttle to a beach club. I also arranged airport transfers with Crete-taxi.gr, which was excellent—punctual and reliable. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel and definitely did not receive a 5 star level of service. The hotel claims to be 5 star but this is at best a 4 star. Previous name was The Village Resort and Waterpark which has been renovated and renamed but this is merely patching over the cracks. The initial appearance of the hotel looks great but looks can be deceiving. Significantly understaffed (lifeguards doubling up as poolside bar staff!), staff wondering around with out uniforms on (thought our room was being robbed not cleaned with two random men in football shirts that turned out to be cleaning our room), rude staff in the spa, housekeeping poor at best, tea/coffee facilities in room non-existent until day 7, significant deterioration of the hotel in less than a month since opening (footpaths falling to pieces), had to unblock both plug holes in our showers after day 2 by pulling out large clumps of hair. The "Happy Train" did not work at all during our 10 night stay. On one occasion a member of the maintenance team was repairing the restaurant floor whilst guests were having to navigate around him at dinner time!! Slow and poor service in all three of the a la carte restaurants, a waitress taking our order incorrectly but rather admit her mistake blamed us for getting our order wrong! Several issues and concerns raised with management which weren't dealt with satisfactorily.

Wir sind als Familie mit 1 Kind gereist und waren eine Woche dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und somit ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, einzig im Zimmer hätte die Reinigungskrsft einmal ordentlicher durchwischen können. Ansonsten alles TOP. das Essen war sehr lecker, die Anlage vor kurzer Zeit erst frisch renoviert. Ein Shuttle fährt täglich zum Strand. Die Kinderaktivitäten waren ganz toll. Turnen, Spielen, Spielparks, eigenes Kindergeschirr. Familien haben alles was sie brauchen. Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub, wenn man sich gerne in einer Anlage aufhält und nicht täglich „raus“ muss.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Très Agréable. L'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est exceptionnel. Les chambres sont très calmes, ce qui est particulièrement plaisant pour se reposer. Les repas sont variés et délicieux, même s'il manquerait un peu de légumes verts à mon goût. L'hôtel étant situé en hauteur, il peut être difficile de s'y déplacer, mais pas d'inquiétude, les voituriers sont là pour vous accompagner dans tout l'hôtel avec des voiturettes de golf. Nous reviendrons bientôt avec grand plaisir !
