"Overall very good, downside was the wait time for the lifts, this hotel has 19 floors and when it was built in the mid eighties the 3 lifts would have been efficient but not any more as sometimes the wait time is 10 minutes and when they arrived they were nearly always full up. The breakfast room is manic and the area where you pick the food up is chaotic just not big enough for hundreds of people. The rooms are lovely and big and well decorated, towels and linen were excellent, being disabled...

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel was centrally-located, the rooms spacious, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Even before the stay, they reached out to us informing us about the Braderie festival and potential disruptions and suggestions for what we could do on the day, which was very thoughtful. "Our stay at the Mercure was excellent. Luxembourg was our final stop and the Mercure provided a perfect stay for us to rest up for the long flight home. I’d like to address the ease of the bus system in Luxembourg as the hotel staff explained it to us and we were able to move around the city with such ease. Thank you! We will certainly recommend and return if the opportunity arises. "

The apartment was perfect for our needs ....... it was clean, comfortable and airy and it had an adequate kitchenette for a simple home made meal. Think ...... Premier Inn or Travelodge but with a small kitchenette attached to your room. "
