"Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East at 13711 Sayward Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171, United States This is a typical nicer upscale hotel close to the airport. Elevator access to rooms on each floor from inside of the building. No access to your room from the outside is always what makes it better. The only issue I had was being charged $4 for a bottle of water but the $4 on the cookie 🍪 tasted excellent. Other than that they had a robust continental breakfast which was pretty good each morning. They offered shuttle bus service staff too and from the airport and the front desk staff accommodated one of my requests. The rooms were nice, clean and organized and pretty big for the price. The neighborhood was definitely a bonus to me. Extra plus because they had a wooded area that had a walking trail. This gave me time to meditate and to relax in peace on this journey. Overall I would actually stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"It was great to keep contact with Alex and her property since I had stayed there for three months earlier in 2025. She is an exceptionally gracious host who has paid a lot of attention to making her rental a wonderful experience. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is very comfortable, and any little problem that arose was dealt with quickly (e.g., the previous renter had walked off with the power cable for the office monitor, so she purchased a new monitor so that I’d be able to use my desktop computer quickly.) Parking is extremely easy in spite of the incomprehensible review from another renter. The house is on a very quiet suburban street and the easiest parking spot is on a perpendicular side street about 20 feet from the rental unit’s entrance, or she will accommodate your car in her driveway, and she also stored my bike in her garage and gave me access whenever I wanted to ride. Alex worked hard to make sure that I enjoyed my stay and it was a privilege to get to know her and her delightful family. I highly recommend this comfortable, private, and secure property, particularly for long term visitors who need to have convenient access to Dulles Airport and the many high tech businesses in the Northern Virginia area. I’m certainly looking forward to my next visit!"
