"The hotel is in a good location. My work is a few minutes away. Samantha was awesome during check in. She even texted me later on to ask if all was well. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I’ll be back."

"Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East at 13711 Sayward Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171, United States This is a typical nicer upscale hotel close to the airport. Elevator access to rooms on each floor from inside of the building. No access to your room from the outside is always what makes it better. The only issue I had was being charged $4 for a bottle of water but the $4 on the cookie 🍪 tasted excellent. Other than that they had a robust continental breakfast which was pretty good each morning. They offered shuttle bus service staff too and from the airport and the front desk staff accommodated one of my requests. The rooms were nice, clean and organized and pretty big for the price. The neighborhood was definitely a bonus to me. Extra plus because they had a wooded area that had a walking trail. This gave me time to meditate and to relax in peace on this journey. Overall I would actually stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"The place was in the location I needed. The place and furnishing were acceptable but the place was not clean. I didn’t want to use anything and tried to stay away as much as possible. A really good cleaning would make a big difference."
