"The staff was slow and the gentleman that checked us smelled of body order. The room was dirty. There was blood on the certain. The carpets were exposing nails on the door frames. Then i got charged 300 for no reason and they wouldnt give it back or explain nor give proof. "

"We have stayed at this hotel and the Hampton Inn next door. At Springhill Suites, we had to pay for parking, check out was an hour earlier than Hampton Inn, and we could hear the people walking around the room above us. The two hotels share a parking lot, so having to pay $10/night for parking at one hotel but not the other was annoying. The rooms and breakfast are pretty much the same. "

"No hot water to shower after flying 17 hours. Called front desk to inform that there was no hot water. They said that they were having issues with the boiler. Was eventually fixed for showering the next morning. Also bathroom had only 2 towels . Not up to Marriott standards "

"The first room smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. After being moved, the second room smelled like ramen, and the hallway smelled of marijuana. The hotel also advertises a bar and food service on its website, but neither was operating — only breakfast was available. The stay was disappointing and did not match what was advertised. On the plus side, I’ve stayed in worse hotels."
