"Staff was very helpful and breakfasts were great. Pool was closed 1st night we were there. Had ti be cleaned before it could be open. They did send us to another hotel closeby where we could use that pool."

"Very dirty bed frame was broke on the bed the carpet was dirty the air conditioner didn't work it was barely any room for parking very noisy"

"The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shower knob control wouldn’t stay in position. It defaulted by slipping down with gravity. Picture a clock moving counterclockwise the 7:00 position fell on its own to 6:00 position."

" Everyone was so friendly. Answered any questions we had. Gave us directions when we needed them. Our room was clean, the breakfasts were delicious! The pool was a big hit with the grandkids & parents. The parking lot was clean and well lit. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for making us feel at home! "

"1. Booked a king room, got a queen room. 2. Room floor had dirt on it did not feel comfortable walking barefoot dirt clung to bottom of feet. 3. Toilet seat was falling off. 4. Show door did not shut so when we showered it ran out into the sleeping area. Staff took my complaints and came and tightened my toilet seat. Stated they would refund the award points I used back to my account. Will not stay at this particular location again."

"I was chargm?ed an extra day that I did not request. How do I fix the problem?"

"The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower."

"Rooms were clean upon arrival and the location was great. We were there 3 nights, and staff never cleaned our room or brought more towels. Yes, I could have called, but I kept coming back each day thinking, okay, they will be in tomorrow. It is just something nice about a comfortable hotel, to come back from a day of sightseeing and have a clean room and fresh towels. Three nights and no service just seems wrong. However, the tip envelope was there. I like to tip and try to tip well, I know how...

"First things first the property entrance was hidden because of over grown grass all the way back to check in area. Once I entered the building there was a strong stench coming thru like sewer masking with chlorine. I got to my room and made a beeline back to front desk that this place was unacceptable,not what the internet showed.The room literally smelled like pee , dusty, dark and dirty. It appeared like a high end crack house . Was told there was no house keeping..I was refused my money...

"It was a clean property with friendly, helpful staff. The beds were super soft. Great pillow choices. Good system for shampoo, soap, and lotion. Nice towels. The breakfast was good. Love the mini waffles. Good parking for travelers with boats. Great recommendation for dinner!!!"

"A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place"
