"all very good not very good for old people could use railings on the stairs going upstairs one down to the beach was like you got your bill going I understand rustic but you’re not charging for rustic so if you’re on me, honest it was overpriced wash class would’ve been nice too"

"Amazing. First impression by everyone was "WOW". It was a great place to stay for the size and mix of our family group. Plenty of space for kids of all ages to play in with multiple gaming options provided. Plenty of room to accommodate the many visitors who stopped by to visit. Clean and most amenities provided. It was nearly perfect."

"There are not really 3 bedrooms because the "loft" is just the hallway between the 2 bedrooms and has no door. The place is spacious but not ideal for families (limited privacy). Graceville is a delightful little town and the people are very friendly and helpful."

"This was the best summer vacation rental we have ever booked. Great communication with the owners. The cabin was stocked extremely well with many things a normal rental would not include. Private location but close enough to the necessities needed. We especially enjoyed the yard for bocce ball, the hammock, bird watching, and taking the kids fishing from the dock. It will be high on our list for another visit!"

"My brother, his wife and teenage daughter, and me and two of my kids (11 and 13) got together for a lake house reunion.Pros: plenty of rooms and beds for our family, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, very well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/spices, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ laundry detergent/dishwasher soap. Comfortable beds.Nice lake views,Nice coffee bar The owner is very responsive. The microwave malfunctioned, and he brought a new one the same day.Cons: 4 kayaks provided, but 2 are for children (under 130 pounds) and the adult kayaks were for people under 200 pounds (my brother is 6’5” and over 200 pounds)."
