"Everything stood out: the host's attentiveness, excellent amenities, and a serene neighborhood. The house felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches like extra towels/linens, AC in every bedroom, and that surprise pool (I booked before a pool was advertised). All amenities were in great condition: the full kitchen (with microwave fan and ample counter space) worked well for family cooking, the washer/dryer was a game-changer, and everything was spotless and modern. The host was super responsive through text and stayed in touch throughout to ensure we were set. He even gave us flexibility on check-in/out for our toddler!"

"Family flew in for a wedding and stayed here. The space of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it very convenient. We were not on top of each other. Very clean, quiet, and beautiful scenery of the ocean, mountains, and cruise ships dock. Also short distance (about 5mins) to the town. "

"Location: very good. An upmarket residential area to the North of St Johns about 1 mile from Dickinson bay beach and 1 mile from the excellent Epicurean supermarket.Facilities: Also good. Fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, cooker. Plenty of hot water. Towels, soaps dishcloths etc. supplied. Aircon in the two bedrooms, the one in the back room is very effective so we used that room. Insect mesh on all windows. The bed we used was comfortable. Previous renters had left the doors open so we needed a can of Raid to get rid of the mozzies but that's to be expected. Once the house was clear it stayed clear.We enjoyed our stay "
