She provided great information and told us we were all set. We arrived by train and were allowed to check in early. The check in process was easy, loads of helpful information was provided. "The hotel was not staffed when we arrived at normal check in time. In fact we were alerted to our key by another guest and didn't see hotel staff until next morning. The hotel itself was nice but our entry in to it was weird. The breakfast next morning was good. The hotel was not airconditioned and the overnight temperature was 25C. There was a small floor fan but it was a hot night. Great location and in normal circumstances would be a good hotel to stay at. "
