Hi Shahed, Unfortunately, as you mentioned, the power outage was a situation beyond our control and this was restored shortly after you decided to leave. Checking in and staying at the Hotel was as any other day, and we understand it was your decision to leave and also agreed to have a credit note issued to you. We completely understand your frustration you may feel about not receiving a refund. But you were made aware that a refund will not be applicable as you decided to leave on your own. Greetings Nagendra, We sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. Yes unfortunely, the sauna was out of order - We really sorry about this. These mechanical things can happen. You'll be glad to hear that its all fixed now. Looking at your reservation, you've booked a loft room which, is our smallest and cheapest standard room.
