"The front end attendant was completely rude (the middle eastern gentleman). The quality of the room was not good at all. The walls were dirty, there were spots on the sheets, rust stains in the tub, a phone receiver but no phone. Had bedbugs that we discovered the day of check when waking up that morning and my sister spots as a result of the bedbugs, as well as waking up to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. It was not a good experience nor the standard I’m used to when traveling."

"I will say Kayla was amazing at the front desk. She handled all my needs with no issues. She was friendly, knowledgeable and great way to start my trip. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast staff was friendly andbenergetic, great way to begin the day. The rooms are a decent size, lots of space for sharing. I didn't use any amenities. I utilized late check out, received my receipt showing paid. Housekeeping knocked three different times waking me despite me saying I had late check out. Then the front desk called asking if I had late check out. My additional relaxation time was less than. I returned the rental car early, notated that and was still charged for the last night even though there was no parking used."

"I would not recommend this hotel. They are unorganized and the property is not well maintained. I booked two rooms. One was not cleaned at all and there were dirty towels on the floor and bed not made. The second room we couldn’t even get into due to the door not working. Due to them being sold out we had to find accommodations else where at 2am. The ladies at the desk were very nice and tried to be helpful but unfortunately they were set up for failure. I hope they get it together."

"We had a wonderful month-long stay. Susan was wonderfully accommodating. Any issues we had with anything, Susan was quick to address. Place was clean and perfect for our dog. Dusk was our favorite time of day watching the local fox population in the field right in front of our cottage. Making new friends is always nice."
