"I think this hotel is about 5 years old but it still looks and feels brand new; they take very good care of the property. Breakfasts have lots of options. Parking is super easy and it is convenient to everything in Short Pump. Our only drawback this time was a bunch of rowdy teens yelling in their room and roaming the hallways. It settled down by about 9:30. I'm sure it was a one-off type of thing."

We ate dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. fast friendly service nice menu, good food. If I had to say anything negative it was about breakfast before we left. Server was not nice, order took a long time, order was incorrect and cold. Overall great experience!"

Hotel overall seems clean and well-maintained, however, our particular room has stains on the rug and an obvious patch job on the wall where it looks like there was a large crack in the wall. I understand replacing rugs is an expense, but when there are obvious stains that look like blood stains, the expense of changing out the rug would be worth it in my opinion. "
