Wake up to one of the best views in Henley-On-Thames with direct views out to the river from the bedroom as well as the sofa bed.

The open plan kitchen/lounge area features a wood burner making the lounge a perfect spot to cosy up day or night.

Take a dip in the hot tub or have a barbecue while taking in the beautiful scenery. When night time comes you will be blown away by the sunsets.

The cabin is suitable for small events, such as yoga retreats or baby showers, please enquire for pricing.

This property is situated close to a road therefore please note there may be some road noise at this property due to the location.

Dogs are very welcome to join you during your stay; however, please note that they must not be left unattended at the property at any time.

Want to bring along more guests? We also have a 2 bedroom house a few minutes walk away to accommodate an additional 4 people.

This property is ideal for glamping with a two-person tipi, available from June through to August. The tipi offers a unique experience to enjoy the outdoors and can accommodate two additional guests at a cost of £100 per night. Please note that sleeping bags are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own.
During the winter months, the extra two guests will be accommodated in the main cabin on Z beds, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. Bedding will also need to be provided for winter stays.

- Guests must bring their own wood for fire pit and charcoal
- Please adhere to the hot tub rules and must test the hot tub daily using the testing strips provided to ensure the hot tub is safe to use.
- Hot tub towels are not provided
- Please do not allow dogs on the sofa or bed, it is really difficult to remove the hair from the sofa otherwise additional charges will be applied
- If we have a same day changeover we have to drain, clean and refill the hot tub as a legal requirement, therefore we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be hot at check in as it takes some time to warm up.
- Guests can use the fire place and kayak at their own risk
- If guests are using the Kayak they must wear a life jacket, not exceed the weight limit, only use in safe weather and water conditions, not to be used by children under the age of 18.
- Guests must report any safety issues to the host immediately
