Great stay near Henley
Had an excellent time at the barn, which was v well kitted out and perfectly positioned to explore Henley, Marlow and Oxford. Highly recommend (pool is an added bonus), thanks for letting us stay, Sarah, and for the helpful comms, making the stay hassle free!

Stunning Converted Barn - Gorgeous for Family Events
We celebrated our sons christening in the barn. The location could not be more perfect and the pictures turned out beyond anything we could have imagined. The pictures here do not give it the justice it deserves. Superb stay.

Time to unwind
loved it - watch out for the beams though. Had a great time in the swimming pool, playing tennis & then playing on the pool table in the evening. Plenty of open space for exercising outside in the fresh air. Not far from Henley for a walk along the river & playing crazy golf.

Lovely property
Great property with all you need for a short or long family or friends gathering. Maybe needs a microwave unless we didn’t understand the amazing complicated oven!!

Great location and lovely house
The house sits in a lovely village with lots of walks to do. The children loved the swimming pool and tennis courts which they used lots throughout the week. A great family house where you can spend quality time together. Will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the property. The communication from property owner was great, very friendly and very informative. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would love to return at some point. The pool was a highlight for the children as was the owners dog! Beautiful grounds to go with an incredible property. Great venue for a get together.

We had the most amazing weekend at the Barn. The property is just stunning, the grounds are beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Our party has come away from the weekend with a smile on our faces and that was largely down to the beauty of the house we spent tne weekend in! Would not hesitate to go back!

3 Nights in the Country!
We had such a lovely time at the barn - cozy yet plenty of space for 6 of us + one dog. A spacious, efficient kitchen for communal cooking and a great lounge area - plus excellent walks to the local pubs. We loved it!

Brilliant Weekend
The Property was great for a family weekend. The Barn was beautiful and was as the description and pictures and was very well equipped. We made full use of the grounds and the swimming pool, thoroughly recommended

Lovely Barn conversion
Hosts were very friendly. We went as a family with 6 adults 1 child aged 4, 2 babies and 2 dogs. The games room was fun for all with a full size snooker table, dart board and lots of toys/books for the children. Swimming pool a good size and warm. Kitchen well stocked. Only a 10 minute drive to Henley. Would definitely recommend stating here.

Beautiful open plan accommodation in an idealic setting
The age ranges all loved the property and the facilities that it had to offer. I bought my dog who had the freedom and security to mooch around the large garden area without us having to worry about him getting out. The younger of the crowd enjoyed the swimming facilities and open plan aspect. This should be considered when choosing for a large family as age ranges meant being open plan wasn't ideal for settling a toddler down but otherwise a perfect place for a girlie weekend.

Amazing stay
Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Sarah had everything we needed to cook with and use throughout our stay. Everyone had a great time and did not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool, tennis court and snooker table. At times it was slightly tricky with 1 toilet for 8 people however it did not spoil our stay and we will defiantly be back! Thank you for a great well needed weekend away!

Family Holiday
Our party consisted of my dad (67) myself my husband our two children (12&9) and my Brother his wife and their two children (7&5). Plenty of space without being in each other’s way. We all enjoyed the tennis courts and the swimming pool, there are lots of nice walks and sooooo much garden for the dogs. Henley on Thames is a 10min drive and it’s beautiful, so many restaurants to choose from. The owners were lovely, and overall couldn’t fault our stay. Would return again and would recommend to friends.

My stay in the farmhouse outside Henley on Thames
The converted farmhouse is in a picturesque setting, I found the owners very nice and pleasant people. The pool hasn’t got changing facilities. Although the place can sleep up to 12 people, with only one bathroom and toilet I felt 5 would be the limit.

A happy weekend
Our bank holiday weekend away suited all (a newborn, toddler, young children, a 12 year old, 4 adults & 2 seniors plus a dog). The facilities were brilliant, local surroundings were peaceful & picturesque & Henley on Thames itself was a Gem. Very happy with property itself and owners, including their dog

Perfect family stay!
The house is exceptional and it was just perfect for our COVID friendly family getaway. The kids (and Grandma!) loved the pool and the snooker table was a real hit too. But what made this property super special was the stunning open plan living space and beautiful countryside surrounding the property. The mid week break we had here was exactly what we all needed and we have made some magical family memories that we will treasure forever. Thanks Sarah and Nick!
