Measure Cottage has its own private HOT TUB and located in a quaint little village called ‘Wootton Wawen.’ It is approximately 5 miles from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon and one mile from the 16th century high street of Henley-in-Arden.

There is a fantastic pub 5 minute walk called the Bulls Head serves amazing Thai and British food and has a lovely big beer garden..

Measure Cottage is a detached self-catering cottage accommodation. Measure Cottage is spacious and well equipped. There is a private garden terrace complete with patio furniture. On the ground floor the entrance hallway leads to a spacious large living room with traditional inglenook fire place (NO LOG BURNER). Lounge has 2 leather sofas, Smart TV. French doors leading out to the garden with outside furniture and HOT TUB.

The kitchen area has fully fitted units and ceramic floor, with a dining area table and chairs. The hallway has traditional wooden doors and solid wooden floors leading out to an enclosed garden. There is a ground floor toilet with wash basin.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 with super king bed or 2 x singles. Bedroom 2 with 2 x single beds.

Henley in Arden is only 1 mile away and is a beautiful 16th century market town with some superb shops, pubs and restaurants.
