Clean property located just where we needed it. Good for two people. Missing sheets for the foldout couch, and only one eating fork.

It was ok, but needs improvement. It’s fine for a couple who doesn’t plan to cook or spend too much time in the property. Sofa bed was broken or not functional. My daughter stayed with us for two nights before taking her to a summer camp nearby and had to sleep on the sofa because the bed wouldn’t open properly. One of the fan blades in the bedroom was glued and broke when we turned the fan to high setting. The kitchen lacked a medium-large frying pan, a salad bowl, and useful cutting board. Property is between a tree line and Crab Creek Road. 10-15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and 25-30 from Brevard, so passing cars make it not the most quiet setting. The property management company offers a few “buy one get one free” tickets to attractions in the area.
