The house is historic and beautiful. Check in was easy. We didn’t need to contact the hosts but they seemed very available. Nice big beds and bedrooms upstairs.
We’ve stayed here before. It’s very close to the family we have here in town. Love the old house and the updates. Clean, easy checkin. Downsides - VRBO difficulty with communications and the AC that we needed the last 24 hours of stay wasn’t working properly. Will communicate with manager.
The home was very spacious and nice. The bedrooms and closets were large. The bathrooms and showers were a good size also. The neighborhood was nice for walking with my grandson. We found one issue but Corey, the property manager, had it fixed within an hour. Would definitely rent this property again!
Good location, very nice home.
I am unhappy with VRBO in that my last several stays have had multiple levels of property management company fees as well as communications. Maddening to have to pay the extra fees and the multiple messaging is confusing
The house was immaculate, comfortable and charming. The location is a short walk to a park, and a few casual eateries. The only thing that fell short was that the water line to the freezer was not connected so there was no operable ice maker nor water dispenser. Not a big deal, but we couldn't locate any ice trays or a pitcher to fill and cool water ourselves. Traveling with 3 little ones, we appreciated the games that were available. We would definitely stay here on a return trip.
We rented this property for a family wedding that coincided with Hurricane Helene. Despite the danger, and lack of power, we went anyway. Corey was very helpful despite his own issues with power and lack of cell service. The place was perfect for us even though we had to use flashlights. Gas stove and hot water were key. People in the Hendersonville/Asheville area are hardy and just get on with the job. Good bless them!
