Great experience

All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience

This propertity is not your comment place for stay. Customer Service is not their strongest. If you arrive later you will not be guided on your check in and is really distance from any restaurant or walkable area. The only nice thing is the view. Inside room beds are old, bathroom and the connecting doors for suites don’t open. I do not recommend it. Really not a good choice of stay for the price they charge.

The hotel didn't have any room for us, the called me in french, and send an email in french. (I don't speak french) They would cancle our reservation on the same day of arrival, we could there for either reschedule our stay or get a full refund. We were on our way to Portugal, and had a deadline, therefor couldn't we reschedule, and wanted our money back. I wrote a message to the hotel via expedia (as instructed from the hotel)... No response. I wrote to the again a few days later... No respond. I wrote a review on google, the wrote back, that it was there office, who we should contact. I'm still waiting for a respond from them, about refund for our canceld stay.

3eme séjour à azureva Hendaye mais cette fois ci moins conquise les repas étaient moins bons et moins variés nous n avons pas eu de wifi pendant la semaine pourtant bien signalé à l'accueil la haie du jardin n' était pas taillée le personnel animation très bien par contre certains employés bar et restaurant pas très aimable nous sommes partis un jour avant la fin du séjour. Le directeur reste un homme très gentil et agréable.

Notre sejour a été agréable, la chambre est correct avec une jolie terrasse. Ces logements sont idealement bien situés, et l accès à la plage est un plus. Le petit bémol est qu'il manquait une bouilloire accompagnée de sachets de thé et café. La chambre etait propre, mais la literie manquait de confort. Les repas etaient bons et variés. Cependant le rapport qualité prix est un peu coûteux. Néanmoins je tiens à souligner la gentillesse des animateurs. Merci à tous .

Bien

Pour le prix payé a 2 en demi pension en avril c etait tres correct. Ca reste du flunch amelioré mais c est varié et on ne manque de rien. Chambre renovee pour nous literie super confort. Dommage que sur 1 semaine ils ne fasse pas 1 fois le menage de la chambre sans changer les draps mais sanitaire et aspi au moins. Le personnel est tres aimable et dispo. Le gros gros point noir pour moi est le bruit de la route tres present en avril deja donc je n imagine pas l ete. (Il s agit de la route de la plage) et le terrain de basket au milieu de la residence avec le ballon qui claque y compris le soir alors qu on a les balcons qui donne sur ce beau jardin tres arboré et entretenu a merveille et que l on a envie de détente.

Excellent séjour dans cette jolie résidence typique, personnel accueillant et sympathique, cadre magnifique. Juste un peu de marche pour descendre à la plage, le seul problème reste celui de la route passante à longer... Animation pour les enfants et ados pendant les vacances scolaires, piscine chauffée et couverte très agréable et solarium avec vue imprenable !!!

Un endroit où il fait bon vivre.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement nous sommes ravis et partons sereins. Une semaine inoubliable une belle chambre de belles animations avec une équipe dynamique et adorable. Un restaurant qui propose une cuisine variée et maison. Parfait du début à la fin. Le seul regret que j ai c est que ça passe trop vite. Merci à tous pour ce beau séjour.
