Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space).
Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water, but overall staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Hopefully, things are improving with this property and we would consider staying again if so.

The hotel was super clean, the room was excellent and always well kept. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and also suggested some great restaurants in the city.
Staff even brought us a mini fridge to our room free of charge. They also even have hotel dogs that you can pet while they're working :)
